Gregory L. Dietz

Greg is a Principal of Vista Verde Partners, LLC, which he co-founded in 2007. He also currently works for a global real estate private equity firm where he participated in a $1.72 billion office portfolio acquisition. Additionally, Greg has assisted in several completed / pending asset dispositions in excess of $1 billion while also being involved in refinance efforts in excess of $250 million. Before entering the private equity realm, Greg was employed as a real estate consultant for Standard & Poor's working with all property types including residential, industrial, office and hotels. Greg received a B.S. in Business, Finance Real Estate from Indiana University.

Daniel R. Putt

Dan is a Principal of Vista Verde Partners, LLC, which he co-founded in 2007. He is also a partner in a private equity group based in New York City that acquires profitable Internet businesses. Dan has been responsible for building a talented acquisition team, sourcing potential deals and assisted in five successful acquisitions to date. Prior to moving to New York, Dan started two businesses including an international electronics wholesaler with customers throughout Europe and South America as well as a customer service software business. A life long investor and entrepreneur, Dan graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.

Mark S. Waligora

Mark is a Principal of Vista Verde Partners, LLC, which he co-founded in 2007. Mark also works for a national real estate developer/owner, and has assisted in the acquisition of two shopping centers in the western United States valued at a combined $110 million. Before entering the development business, Mark was employed as a real estate consultant at Duff & Phelps, working in the evaluation of a number of property types including retail, residential, office, and industrial. Mark began his career as an analyst at Hovde Financial, an investment bank located in Inverness, Illinois. Mark is a graduate of Indiana University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, and a minor in English.

Andrew C. Canestri

Andrew is a Principal of Vista Verde Partners, LLC, which he co-founded in 2007. Andrew spent two years as a consultant at Protiviti, a leading business risk consulting firm. His experience included working in the Manufacturing, Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Pharmaceutical Industries for several multi-billion dollar corporations. Andrew graduated from Indiana University with High Honors, earning a B.S. in Business, Finance.
